Over the weekly sessions, participants engaged in a mix of large- and small-group activities and heartfelt discussions on themes such as family relationships, the meaning of money, major life roles, and what makes a “good death.” The group provided a warm and supportive space for seniors to reflect on their life journeys celebrating their transitions, challenges, strengths, and resources while building meaningful connections and mutual encouragement along the way.
