Active Ageing Centre
At TRANS FOCUS Active Ageing Centre (AAC), we believe in supporting seniors to age gracefully and meaningfully within the comfort of their own neighbourhood. Our centre provides a welcoming environment for older adults to lead active and fulfilling lives.
Core services provided by TRANS FOCUS AAC include:
Active Ageing Programmes
Our drop-in centre offers a variety of enriching activities, from exercise sessions to music interest groups and social outings. These programmes promote physical, mental, and social well-being.
Befriending and Buddying
Our befrienders offer regular visits or calls, bringing warmth, emotional support and a listening ear.
Information and Referral
We connect seniors and their families to helpful services, schemes, and community resources to navigate life’s transitions.
Active Volunteerism
We create spaces for seniors to share their time, care and talents with each other. Our senior volunteers give back with purpose and confidence, stepping up to create meaningful experiences and memories for the community.
