I love my job because I can grow alongside my colleagues and clients.

Since I joined TFS, I have grown in terms of my clinical and therapeutic skills. The credit goes to the supervision sessions. I have not only learned from my supervisor, fellow colleagues and clients, I have also learned more about my own skills and personal values.

I feel that I have become more mature and confident in myself and knowing what/why I am doing things in a certain way. I think the stimulation and opportunities in TFS have been helpful, especially the support from the seniors and Centre Directors.

TFS has seen me through different seasons of life – from being single, to being a wife, to now a mother! Professionally, there have been countless learning and growth opportunities that have shaped the worker I am today – less afraid of my own voice. I am thankful to have grown with TFS personally and professionally.

TFS has provided me with a safe space where I’m encouraged to try out new things and be creative. If it doesn’t work out, I’m supported to learn from lessons, dust myself off and try again. The bonus part of it is that this work family sprinkles laughter and fun to the learning experience!

Working in TFS is never boring.
