I would like to sincerely thank TRANS Family Services for their steady support during a very challenging period in my life.

The sessions gave me the space to reflect, manage my emotions better, and make more mindful decisions at home. With their guidance, I’ve been able to create a healthier balance for my child’s screen time and improve communication with my spouse.

There’s been a positive shift — my wife is more involved and supportive, and together we’ve built a calmer and more connected home environment. I’m truly grateful for the impact their counselling has had on me and my family.

My social worker is warm, understanding, empathetic, and patient. She offers valuable perspectives on the situations I face, providing thoughtful insights. She is also very supportive and responsive whenever I encounter challenges.

We were referred to TRANS Family Services. Throughout our journey, our counsellor was patient and consistently made an effort to understand things from our perspective. She developed various tools tailored to different situations, which have been incredibly helpful. She also pointed out key differences in our experiences that allowed us to better understand our circumstances. She is an exceptionally supportive and empathetic counsellor. TRANS provided a safe space for our family to heal and grow.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to TRANS Family Services for always being there for me and my family. During one of the most difficult periods of my life — struggling with depression and anxiety, dealing with the painful loss of my business, and eventually going into bankruptcy — TRANS stood by me. This financial crisis was overwhelming, especially with three children in school and the daily expenses we had to meet.

Thanks to the financial support, personal care, and genuine concern from the social work staff, I was able to regain my confidence and find direction again. Your selfless dedication, caring hearts, listening ears, and endless patience have brought light to our darkest moments.
